Quick salmon with ginger and garlic.

This is my own recipe hope you like it.
Natalie's favorite

1 lb of salmon
2 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger
4 big fine minced garlic gloves
1 tablespoons olive oil.
salt and pepper to taste


1. Mix all of the ingredients together and Rub the Salmon with it. Let stand for about 1 hour to 2 hours.

2. Preheat oven to 400F. cook the salmon for 15 to 20 mints.
