That sounds wonderful. I love all the spices you put in (garlic is SO good for you!). If you ever have any other health tips or healthy recipes, we'd love to feature them on our blog. Send us a message on twitter (@HSRDiet) or post a comment on a blog (Wow! There are a ton of great comments on this post. I agree with Brad, there is a huge amount of misinformation in the fitness world- but also the health world in general. It's always important to have reliable sources.
Meldhi does have a point about not all fat being bad. However, you have to be careful about the type of fat (check out our book, High School Reunion Diet for a breakdown of fat types and guidelines).

We try to put helpful tips on our blog that should give a little clarity to the situation if anyone is interested: http://www.highschoolreuniondiet.com/category/high-school-reunion-diet-blog/) if you're interested and we can chat :)
